CNC Machining

Sheets Metal (typically 0.03 mm to 3.0 mm) are placed into various types of presses and then formed into intricately shaped parts. The sheet metal is forced, bent, stretched, twisted, punched, and cut into individual parts or assemblies. It is often finished in paint or powder coat.

CNC Milling is used to apply a machined surface finish on plastic or metal or for creating complex 3D shapes. We use CNC machining centers with quick-change tooling and programmed with advanced Delcam software. Sometimes if the clients ask to anodize service or any surface finish service, we need to polish the surface to achieve a smooth finish.

Our general tolerances for CNC machining services of metals is DIN-2768-1-fine and for plastics is DIN-2768-1-medium. Tolerances are greatly affected by part geometry and the type of materials and cannot be guaranteed. Our project managers will consult with you on every project and will seek to provide the highest degree of precision possible.
