The full name of RTV is Room Temperature Vulcanization. This a core process of Rapid Prototyping. RTV is ideal for making (10 to 100) parts. Parts can be as small as an ear bud or as big as a car bumper. We do it all at Tuowei Prototype. Have a look!

Here are some samples of some automotive parts we molded made using RTV! These center consoles, inner door panels, and other components are high quality plastic parts that can be painted. This is an excellent process for testing the design of parts. These parts were pulled from Silicone Molds at a fraction of the cost of making a Steel Tool for Plastic Injection Molding. No need for expensive Steel Molds!
